1. Shipping Coverage
We offer delivery services across Zimbabwe, including major urban centers (e.g., Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare) and most outlying areas. Remote delivery locations may be subject to additional fees and extended delivery times.
2. Delivery Methods & Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
Courier (DHL, FedEx)3-5 business days Fully trackable; best for time-sensitive items
Road Freight (Cross-Border) 5–7 business days Ideal for bulk cargo and palletized loads
All delivery times are estimates and exclude customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
3. Customs & Duties

All shipments into Zimbabwe are subject to customs clearance and applicable import duties, VAT, and taxes, as governed by the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the recipient is solely responsible for all customs charges.

Our company will provide all necessary shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, waybills) to facilitate clearance but does not guarantee the outcome or speed of customs processing.

Shipping charges are based on:

Actual or volumetric weight (whichever is greater)

Mode of transport

Final destination

Insurance and handling surcharges, if applicable
All quotes provided are exclusive of customs fees and taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
5. Restricted & Prohibited Goods
Please ensure that your shipment complies with Zimbabwean import regulations. The following are commonly prohibited or restricted:

Ammunition, explosives, and firearms

Hazardous chemicals or flammables

Used clothing (bulk quantities)

Unregistered pharmaceuticals or controlled substances

Perishable items not properly packed or declared
For clarity, consult with ZIMRA or a licensed clearing agent before dispatch.
6. Tracking & Insurance

Courier shipments come with tracking numbers; freight shipments include waybill references.

Insurance is not included by default. We strongly advise customers to request insurance for high-value or fragile goods.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery or notification of delivery failure.

By placing an order or authorizing a shipment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following:

The company is not liable for delays, seizures, penalties, or losses arising from customs decisions, regulatory enforcement, or incorrect documentation supplied by the customer.

The company disclaims all responsibility for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to lost profits or production downtime.

All goods are shipped at the buyer’s risk unless insured.
